All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

We currently ship worldwide, including Europe, North America, and other international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

FieldSurvival is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
